Chester is a small Hudson Valley town in Orange County, about 50 miles northwest of NYC. Take I-87 north to Route 17 west, then Route 17M west into town - about 90 minutes from Manhattan. Route 17M and Route 94 are the main local roads connecting Chester to Goshen and Middletown. Stewart Airport is 15 miles southeast. The town's claim to fame is the historic Chester Drive-In theater from the 1930s, still showing movies under the stars.
