Chatham is a tiny Upper Peninsula community of 135 people, located about 40 miles southeast of Marquette via US-41 and M-94. It sits in forested Alger County terrain and serves as a gateway to Au Train Lake, where the Au Train River begins its journey north to Lake Superior.
