Centralia is a farming town of 500 people in northeastern Kansas, connected by US Highway 36 and Kansas Highway 9. Most visitors arrive via US-77 north from Manhattan, then west on Highway 36. The massive grain elevator dominates the skyline and serves as both a landmark and the community's economic center.
