Central Valley is a farming community of 767 people in south-central Utah's Sevier County, nestled between the Wasatch Plateau and Tushar Mountains. Reach it via I-70 Exit 23, then south on State Route 118 for 12 miles, or take US-89 through the Sevier River valley. The 1904 sandstone LDS meetinghouse remains the town's architectural centerpiece.
