Central High is a small Oklahoma town of about 1,500 people located 90 miles southwest of Oklahoma City. US Highway 81 runs north-south through town, connecting to Duncan 15 miles north and continuing toward Texas. State Highway 7 provides east-west access to neighboring communities. Most long-distance travelers use Highway 81 to reach Interstate 35 near Chickasha for connections to major cities.
