Centerfield is a small farming town in Utah's Sanpete Valley, about 160 miles south of Salt Lake City via I-15 to I-70 to US-89. The drive takes around two and a half hours through high desert country at 5,100 feet elevation. US-89 is the main north-south route connecting Centerfield to nearby Gunnison and Manti. The town preserves one of Utah's original Mormon pioneer granaries, a stone building that stored grain for the entire valley.
