Celina is a small river town in north-central Tennessee that serves as Clay County's seat. Located about 85 miles east of Nashville, it's reached via I-40 to Cookeville, then north on State Route 52. The Cumberland River runs through town, creating scenic views and recreational opportunities. The restored 1930s movie theater on the courthouse square still shows weekend films.
