Cedarville is a small college town in southwestern Ohio, home to Cedarville University and about 4,000 residents. Most visitors arrive via US Route 42 from Springfield or Xenia, or State Route 72 connecting to I-675 near Beavercreek. The town sits in rolling farmland about 45 miles from Columbus and 20 miles from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The historic 1895 opera house still hosts community theater with original Victorian ceiling murals.
