Cedartown is a small city in northwest Georgia, about an hour from Atlanta via US 27. The town sits in Polk County's rolling foothills where the mountains begin. Most visitors arrive from Atlanta using I-20 west to US 278, then north on US 27 through Rockmart. The 1905 Polk County Courthouse anchors downtown with its century-old clock tower.
