Cedar Fort is a small farming community in Utah's Tooele Valley, reached via State Route 73 about 25 miles west of I-15. The town sits between mountain ranges in high desert country, with most visitors arriving from the Lehi area or through Eagle Mountain. Originally a Mormon pioneer settlement, it's named after a protective fort built from local cedar logs in 1855.
