Cedar Bluff is a small riverside town in northeastern Alabama near the Georgia border, home to about 1,600 people. Take Highway 9 from I-59 near Gadsden, or approach from Atlanta via US 411 through Rome, Georgia. The town sits in scenic Appalachian foothills along the Coosa River. It's famous for Weiss Lake, known as the "Crappie Capital of the World" for its exceptional fishing.
