Cecil is a tiny Ohio village of 138 people in Paulding County's farm country. Located along State Route 111 about 15 miles southwest of Defiance, it's easily reached from Fort Wayne (30 miles west via US 24) or Toledo (60 miles northeast). The village sits along the historic Wabash and Erie Canal route that once linked the Great Lakes to the Ohio River.
