Cecil is a tiny farming community in south Georgia's Cook County, home to fewer than 500 people. Take I-75 to Exit 39 at Lenox, then drive west 12 miles on State Route 125 to reach it. The town sits among cotton fields and pine forests, with Moody Air Force Base about 15 miles away near Valdosta. Cecil operates one of Georgia's smallest post offices, serving the town and surrounding rural areas from the same building that's anchored the community for decades.
