Cecil-Bishop is a small Pennsylvania community about 25 miles southwest of Pittsburgh in Washington County. Take I-79 south from Pittsburgh to reach this area of rolling hills and former coal country. The town of 2,900 gets its unique name from two original settlements that merged together.
