Casselman is a tiny Somerset County community of about 80 people along the Casselman River in Pennsylvania's Appalachian foothills. Take US Route 219 south from Somerset or connect via I-76 and I-68 for longer trips. The town sits where several country roads meet, surrounded by forested ridges and creek valleys. The Casselman River flows north through town before joining the Youghiogheny River to create popular whitewater rafting waters near Confluence.
