Cascade is a small Missouri River town 10 miles southeast of Great Falls, reached via US Highway 87. The highway follows the scenic river valley through rolling prairie toward the Little Belt Mountains. Interstate 15 provides regional access about 15 miles west. The town sits next to Rainbow Dam, where the Missouri River plunges 60 feet over Rainbow Falls.
