Carnation is a small farming town 25 miles east of Seattle in the scenic Snoqualmie Valley. Take Highway 202 from Redmond for the most popular route, or connect via Highway 203 from Monroe. The drive through dairy country and forested hills takes about 45 minutes from Seattle. This is where Carnation evaporated milk got its start in 1899, and you can still spot the original red barns from the famous dairy operation.
