Campobello is a small mountain foothills town in northwestern South Carolina, home to under 800 people. Take I-26 to Exit 1, then Highway 11 west to reach it from most directions. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway (Highway 11) runs right through town, connecting it to Spartanburg and mountain recreation areas. The original Southern Railway depot still stands downtown, a reminder of when trains first connected this farming community to the outside world.
