Burr is a tiny farming town of 41 people in southeastern Nebraska, reached via Highway 50 from Nebraska City (15 miles east) or from Lincoln via Highway 2 to Highway 50 south. The post office operates out of a converted grain elevator that still shows its agricultural heritage.
