Burdette is a small farming town in Arkansas's Mississippi Delta, about 15 miles west of Blytheville via Highway 18. Most visitors arrive from Interstate 55, taking Highway 18 west through Manila. The flat delta landscape and agricultural economy define this close-knit community of 233 residents. The town's post office and volunteer fire department share the same small building.
