Bryant is a tiny farming community in eastern Indiana near the Ohio border, sitting along State Road 67 about 45 miles south of Fort Wayne. The main route from Indianapolis runs 90 miles via I-69 north to State Road 18 east, then State Road 67 north through corn and soybean country. Local traffic uses SR-67 to reach Portland, the county seat 10 miles south. Despite having fewer than 300 residents, Bryant maintains its own post office serving the scattered rural community.
