Brownfield is a small agricultural city in West Texas, about 40 miles southwest of Lubbock via US 62. The town sits at the crossroads of US 380 and US 62 on the flat South Plains, surrounded by cotton fields and oil operations. It's the Terry County seat and serves farming communities throughout the area. The Terry County Heritage Museum features a detailed reproduction of a 1900s Main Street with authentic storefronts.
