Brown Deer is a Milwaukee suburb of 12,500 people, easily reached via I-43 from downtown Milwaukee in 15 minutes. Highway 100 runs north-south through town, connecting to Germantown and West Bend, while Brown Deer Road provides the main east-west route. The village features the scenic Deer Creek Parkway that follows the winding creek for which the community was named.
