Brooksville is a small county seat in northern Kentucky, about 50 miles southeast of Cincinnati via US-27 and US-62. The town sits in rolling Bluegrass hills and connects to Augusta and Maysville on US-62. Most visitors arrive from Cincinnati or Lexington, with the latter requiring about 90 miles via Mountain Parkway. The 1884 red brick Victorian courthouse anchors the town square as its most recognizable landmark.
