Brookland is a small Arkansas city of 4,400 people located 10 miles north of Jonesboro via US Highway 49. Most visitors are daily commuters or travelers using Highway 49 to connect to Interstate 555 and points beyond. The flat Delta farmland experiences hot, humid summers and mild winters with occasional ice storms. The town's restored 1914 railroad depot now serves as its community center.
