Brookhaven is a small Delaware County borough about 12 miles southwest of Philadelphia, home to around 8,300 residents. I-95 runs just east of town while US Route 1 cuts right through the center, making it a convenient stop between Philly and Chester. The area serves both daily commuters heading to Upper Darby via Route 320 and travelers accessing Philadelphia International Airport 15 miles away. Each spring, the borough celebrates its Cherry Blossom Festival when ornamental trees bloom along Coebourn Boulevard.
