Brockport lies 20 miles west of Rochester along the Erie Canal in Monroe County. Take I-490 west to Exit 2, then Route 31 west into town. From Buffalo, use I-90 east to Exit 47, then Route 19 north to Route 31 east. The SUNY Brockport campus features the historic Hartwell Hall tower from 1869.
