Brazil is a small Indiana city of about 7,800 people located along US Highway 40, roughly 15 miles east of Terre Haute. The main routes in are US 40 from Interstate 70 and State Road 59 running north-south through town. It's about 60 miles west of Indianapolis via I-70 and US 40. The city sits on rolling terrain with a continental climate and is home to a restored 1920s movie theater on the historic downtown square.
