Bradford is a farming town of about 500 people in central Arkansas, roughly 60 miles northeast of Little Rock. Highway 167 runs right through town, connecting north to Batesville and south to Little Rock via Interstate 40. Most locals commute to Searcy for work or shopping, about 20 miles southeast on winding county roads. The old red brick schoolhouse from the 1920s still stands as the town's most recognizable landmark.
