Boyceville is a farming town of about 1,100 people in west-central Wisconsin, 35 miles northeast of Eau Claire. Highway 170 runs through town, connecting to Highway 25 which links south to Menomonie (15 miles) and north to Rice Lake. Most visitors come via I-94 to the Menomonie exit, then Highway 25 north through dairy country. The town sits in the Red Cedar River valley and hosts the annual Bullhead Days festival celebrating its fishing heritage.
