Bowman is a small farming town in rural South Carolina, about 45 miles southwest of Columbia via I-26 and Highway 453. Take Exit 177 off the interstate and head south for 8 miles through rolling agricultural country. The town of 691 people centers around a restored 1920s railroad depot that now houses local historical exhibits.
