Bowler is a small Wisconsin town of 316 people in Shawano County, accessible via State Highway 47 north-south and Highway 55 east-west. Most traffic is local, though some visitors pass through heading to area lakes and outdoor recreation. The town serves as headquarters for the College of Menominee Nation, one of Wisconsin's few tribal colleges.
