Bow Mar is a small residential city in Arapahoe County, about 15 miles southwest of Denver along the South Platte River. Access comes via US 85 (Santa Fe Drive) from the north or Bowles Avenue from C-470 to the east. Centennial Airport sits just southeast for private flights. The community maintains some of Colorado's strictest residential codes, requiring minimum one-acre lots for all homes.
