Bono is a small farming town in northeast Arkansas, about 10 miles southwest of Jonesboro via US Highway 63. The main routes are Highway 63 running north-south and Arkansas Highway 18 going east-west through cotton and rice country. It's about 90 miles from Little Rock and 65 miles from Memphis. The original 1920s brick bank building on Main Street now serves as the community center.
