Boiling Spring Lakes is a lakefront community in Brunswick County, about 30 miles northwest of Wilmington via Highway 87. This planned town features 50 interconnected man-made lakes surrounded by golf courses and residential neighborhoods. Most visitors arrive from Wilmington or use Highway 133 from the west, with Wilmington International Airport 35 miles away. The unique canal system lets boats travel between all 50 lakes throughout the community.
