Bogart is a small city of about 1,400 people located 15 miles northeast of Athens via US Highway 441. From Atlanta, take I-85 north to Commerce, then US 441 south for roughly 90 minutes. The town sits in Georgia's rolling hills where suburbs meet farmland, and it's famous for Château Élan Winery and Resort, a massive complex with vineyards, golf courses, and French-inspired architecture that feels like a piece of Bordeaux transplanted to northeast Georgia.
