Blythedale is a farming community of 341 people in northwest Missouri's Harrison County, about 90 miles northeast of Kansas City. Reach it via I-35 north to Highway 36, then Highway 69 through Gallatin. Most traffic uses Highway 69 and county roads connecting to Eagleville and Ridgeway. The post office operates from the same building that's anchored downtown since 1887.
