Blue Grass is a small Iowa city of about 2,000 people located 15 miles northwest of Davenport in Scott County. Interstate 80 provides the main access, with the city positioned just north of the highway between exits. US Highway 61 connects it to the Quad Cities area, while County Road F70 offers a direct commuter route to Davenport. The city sits on rolling prairie land near the Mississippi River valley and is known for Milano Golf Course, which features two distinct nine-hole layouts.
