Blossburg is a small Pennsylvania borough near the New York border, reachable via US Route 15 north from Williamsport, then PA Route 287 west. The town sits in Tioga County's forested hills, with Route 287 connecting locals to nearby Wellsboro. Once called the "Coal Capital of Pennsylvania," Blossburg preserves its mining history at the Coal Mine Museum in a restored company store.
