Blackduck is a small Minnesota town of about 700 people in Beltrami County's lake country. Highway 71 runs right through town, connecting it to Bemidji 20 miles northwest and Park Rapids to the south. Most visitors come for the fishing and lake access, with Blackduck Lake just east of town offering northern pike, walleye, and bass fishing year-round.
