Black Jack is a small city in north St. Louis County, about 20 miles northwest of downtown St. Louis via I-270. The main access routes are West Florissant Avenue and Lindbergh Boulevard exits off I-270, with US-67 running along the eastern edge. Lambert Airport sits 15 miles southeast. The city maintains Gentry Park, which includes an 1800s cemetery where the area's original settlers are buried.
