Bevier is a small Missouri town of about 650 people in Macon County, connected by US Highway 36 east-west and State Route 149 north-south. It's 15 miles west of Macon and about 90 miles northeast of Kansas City via I-35 and US-36. The town sits in rolling prairie country with a continental climate. Its distinctive 1930s water tower serves as a landmark visible from Highway 36.
