Bethany is a small farming town in northwest Missouri, about 90 miles from Kansas City via US Highway 136 and Interstate 35. The town sits at the junction of US 136 and State Route 13, making it accessible from Maryville to the west and Gallatin to the south. The historic courthouse on the town square features a clock tower from 1893 that still keeps time for the community.
