Bethany is a tiny farming community in Morgan County, about 25 miles southwest of Indianapolis via State Road 37. Most visitors pass through on the Indianapolis-Bloomington corridor or while exploring rural Morgan County. The community centers around Bethany Christian Church, a historic white frame building that's been the area's focal point since the late 1800s.
