Benton is a small farming town in southwestern Wisconsin, about 20 miles from Dubuque, Iowa. Highway 11 runs right through town, connecting to Platteville and continuing to Dubuque via US 61. From Madison, take US 18 west to Highway 11 south. The town of 1,000 sits in the scenic Driftless Area's rolling hills and maintains its 1904 opera house as a community theater.
