Bayville is a waterfront hamlet on Long Island's North Shore, about an hour from Manhattan via I-495 to Route 135 north, then west on Route 25A. The town sits along Oyster Bay Harbor with colonial homes and tree-lined streets. Most visitors come for weekend waterfront dining and recreation, while locals use Route 25A for daily commutes to Oyster Bay and Glen Cove. The Seawanhaka Corinthian Yacht Club has hosted sailing regattas here since 1871.
