Barwick is a tiny farming community in south Georgia, about 15 miles northeast of Thomasville on Highway 122. Most visitors arrive via I-75 through Tifton, then south on Highway 319 through Moultrie. The town of 369 sits among cotton fields and pecan groves in Brooks County's agricultural heartland. Its old cotton warehouse near abandoned railroad tracks recalls the days when trains carried crops to distant markets.
