Bartlett is a tiny Kansas town of about 60 people on US 166 in Labette County. It's 15 miles west of Coffeyville and connects southeastern Kansas communities along this east-west highway corridor. The town keeps a small post office that doubles as an unofficial community hub, a remnant from its railroad days.
