Barry is a tiny community of about 16 people in far western Minnesota, right on the South Dakota border. You'll reach it via Highway 7, with the nearest real town being Ortonville 15 miles east. Most visitors come from Morris (40 miles northeast) or Montevideo (35 miles southeast) through rural county roads. It's one of Minnesota's smallest incorporated towns, barely hanging onto municipal status.
