Barlow is a tiny farming community about 25 miles south of Portland in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Take I-5 to Exit 278, then Highway 99E south for three miles to reach this historic settlement of just over 100 residents. The town sits along the original Barlow Road, the final stretch of the Oregon Trail that helped pioneers safely reach the valley.
